If you encounter any issues with DWS Viewer API, you can contact us for support. When sending a support request, please make sure to include all relevant information, specifically:

  • Your application ID.
  • Any errors returned by DWS Viewer API or logged by Web SDK.
  • Any input files you’re using.
  • An explanation of what the expected outcome should be.

You can contact us using our support form. We try to respond within one business day, but on rare occasions, it can take longer than that to get a response.
