Automating user access requests for software can help streamline the process of granting access to specific systems or applications. The form you see below includes questions about the user and the type of access they need, including a separate form for any HR access needs. The process provides two levels of approval with approver options for rejecting the request. It also allows for a delivery date to be submitted for each type of access. Additionally, automation can help reduce the workload on IT teams, who would otherwise need to manually process each user access request.
