Clearing Your Browser Cache
If you are experiencing display issues with elements in the Integrify interface or are experiencing freezes, it’s possible your browser is caching code that has been updated. The best way to cure this is to manually clear out your browser’s cache. You DO NOT need to delete your browser cookies or login information.

Log out of Integrify.

Perform the appropriate cache-clearing method for your browser: Chrome | Edge | Internet Explorer I Safari.

Log back into Integrify and try to perform the same action that caused the issue.
Performing a Hard Refresh
Another option is to try a “Hard Refresh” of the page you’re on. This is faster than the previous method but may not clear all cached files. See the article below for how to perform a hard refresh.
