Gathering feedback from your customers — good or bad — is essential to good customer service and long-term customer relationships.
This process allows customer service agents to complete a form any time customer feedback is received and start a process that ensures appropriate followup. As an alternative, this process can be made public facing, allowing your customer base to give anonymous feedback as well.
