PSPDFKit 2.7 for Windows
Today we’re shipping PSPDFKit 2.7 for Windows. In this release we’ve added support for Image Documents, page and annotation press events, faster document merging, and more!
Image Documents
PSPDFKit for Windows now supports opening JPEG and PNG images as documents. For example, you can open a photograph and comment on the areas to edit.
Once you’re finished working on the image document, you can export the result in PDF format or save it back to the image file itself!
You can read more about image documents in the guide.
Page And Annotation Press Events
Two new events have been exposed to better handle user interaction: OnPagePressed
and OnAnnotationPressed
.
Other than their specific arguments, both contain pointer information, helping out with multi-pointer implementations. OnAnnotationPressed
can also be used to prevent default annotation behavior.
More information about these events can be found in the Events guide.
And More
This release also includes numerous bug fixes and minor improvements. For a complete list of changes, see the PSPDFKit 2.7 for Windows changelog.
