Document Automation Server (DAS) Content Extraction has been tested on a diverse selection of PDF files as well as a range of hardware and operating systems. For more information, see Technical Specification documents.

In you face an issue, try to process the affected job (or files) with the Debug flag set to Yes (see Job Definition). This will produce additional information that may assist you in resolving the issue.

If you need additional help, contact our support team. It will help us if you include the log file (with the Debug flag set to Yes), condition file, and sample files that are causing the issue.
