What do I get if I subscribe to Document Converter Online?

When you subscribe to Document Converter Online, you also have access to our Power Automate connector, SharePoint Online app, and REST API, the latter of which allows you to develop your own custom products.

Depending on the type of subscription — free, basic, professional, or enterprise — you’ll have access to a range of file formats supported for conversion. We have two packages of input file formats: standard and extended. Standard input files include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, TIFF, JPG, GIF, BMP, PNG, and many others. The extended package includes all standard input types, plus Visio, CAD, email (MSG, EML), and InfoPath. Extended file input is available for users of our professional and enterprise plans.

When it comes to document output, all users get support for PDF output, but professional and enterprise users also get support for additional formats, including:

  • PDF

  • XPS

  • MS Word

  • HTML

  • Excel

  • PowerPoint

A single subscription supports an unlimited number of users. Additionally, customers can associate multiple SharePoint tenants with a single subscription, as detailed in the following guides about linking multiple accounts to a single subscription and linking multiple tenants.

Feature support

Power Automate connector and the REST API share the same set of supported features. However, the SharePoint Online app differs from the Power Automate connector in terms of functionalities supported.

With the SharePoint Online app, you can apply real-time watermarking, copy SharePoint metadata during conversion, export classic SharePoint pages as PDFs, and print SharePoint list items to PDF. Another difference is the user interface and its end user tools. The SharePoint Online app offers a variety of user-friendly features, enabling you to perform actions such as directly converting and merging files via an intuitive user interface.

Key capabilities include:

  • Bulk file conversion — Convert multiple files efficiently.

  • File merging — Merge files seamlessly, adjust the order of documents, and retain bookmarks and other file details.

  • Real-time watermarking and security — Add watermarks and secure your PDFs through the interface, ensuring your files are well-protected.

  • Classic page conversion — Convert SharePoint classic pages to PDF effortlessly.

Additionally, the app lets you associate multiple SharePoint tenants and offers easy access to subscription details, including the number of operations remaining — all through the user interface.

These features make the Nutrient SharePoint Online app a powerful tool for managing your documents effectively and securely.

All other functionalities are available in both the SharePoint Online app and Power Automate connector.
