We all want to do the right thing when it comes to meal planning. Put together a list of meals for the week, create your shopping list, prep ingredients, etc. But, at the end of the day (literally) we know those plans will disintegrate like the poorly stored lettuce in your crisper. Time to make a decision about dinner.
