Configure Real time watermarking in 'Modern View' Lists and Libraries

In part 2 of our series about real-time watermarking in SharePoint Online, we show how to deploy the SharePoint Framework Extension package that makes it possible to use real-time watermarking in 'Modern View' Lists and Libraries.
It is assumed that at this point the base SharePoint App has already been installed, and privileges have been elevated. For details see Part 1.
